Amazing pizza, proper New York style! I'm not gonna say best in Montreal because I've only tried 3 places yet, so I'll just say best so far! Highly recommended, especially the spicy sausage pizza and the spicy pineapple pizza.

Hang Time Pizza is the real deal! The service and food is unmatched! Born and raised from NYC I know pizza and this place is it! I had the friends lover and it was great! Hit just the spot. Thank you for bringing your talent to MTL.

The pizza was delicious, I had the detroit style pizza, the crust is made of focaccia bread I believe. It tasted very much like italy because of the fresh tomatos, ricotta cheese and the fresh basil on top. 100% recommend. By the way, the whole pizza is enough for 2 people, but you can take this as a challenge if you wish?

$5: "Seinfeld's classic NY pepperoni" slice - Big, thin slices. Flavorful balance. Friendly service surpassed standards. Nostalgic room theme. Ingredients shine individually. Together, the hint-of-olive crust, subtle sauce, highlighted Saputo cheese, and the seasoned crisp of pepperoni reminded this Montréaler of that 1 NY slice I had years ago. Also had a spicy Hawaiian slice. A welcome twist to one of my preferred pizza variations on a well-crafted foundation.

Hang Time took me back to childhood - going to a pizza joint, grabbing a slice (or two) of good pizza, a pop, and enjoying it all there. A slice of heaven (pun intended). The pizza here was well worth the price and includes creative combinations and pizza joint staples for both their New York/Detroit-style pizzas. I recommend the potato NY-style and pepperoni Detroit-style - you won’t be disappointed! The place also has a fun casual vibe to it, making it a solid lunch spot and last but not least, Alex provided me with awesome customer service. Thank you for making my first time at Hang Time a positive one - I’ll be back!

First time here and we had to try their detroit filly deepdish named "familly matters" but took chicken on it instead of peperoni for around 25$ . It Fills up 2 person. The location is very retro and authentic we had a great time ! The employees were very kind and served us kindly. Finally you should come try it it's a beautiful location and the food is delicious and filling.

Lovely pizza place downtown! The concept in the restaurant brings me back to the old days! The pizza was amazing! Definitely will be coming back to try many more options. The owner was super fun and nice ! I recommend the Chicago pizza because the dough was nice and soft. So delicious

The pizza was really quite tasty. Toppings were just right. Sauce was light and fresh tasting. The crust was flavourful, but was slightly overdone on the bottom and too dry. I wonder if this might a result of how long it spent reheating in the oven. Overall, it was good pizza. Was it worth $7.00 for one slice of pepperoni after tax and default minimum tip? Probably not. I suspect that prices have changed recently as their menu and staff both state that the slice is $5.00 pre tax/tip while a note on the case says it's $5.50. Not a big deal but still worth noting.
