β β β β β This is a Purolator package depot. So if they canβt deliver to your house they drop it off here for you to pick up. Terrible customer service and they are supposed to open up at 10. I waited 30mins for them to open at 10:45 before I could get my package. Why do they bother being a pick up location for purolator if itβs such an inconvenience to them? Donβt bother coming here if you can avoid.

Who the hellbos the owner of this place?
Asked to check my lotto because I needed the printout from the machine, she said to go somewhere else.
OLG should revoke them the licence to sell lotto and shut down the place.
These people don't even know how to keep the place clean. ??????????

β β β β β ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Why would Purolator keep sending packages here is beyond me. The cashier at the store is very rude and super obnoxious. If you plan to get your packages, be ready to get interrogated. She makes it so difficult to get my own God damn package, I begin to believe there must be some ulterior motives to NOT let me have my shipment. Purolator, you can do better.

β β β β β I would give a negative star if i could. Really bad experience. Came to the store to drop off a parcel. The women cashier has no interest in dealing with you and she sounds like you are giving her troubles. She is very rude and unprofessional. I took a picture of the pin tracking # of the parcel and she said she does not appreciate people taking picture in the store. You got to be flipping kidding me! I took a picture of the shipping label, of my own parcel for chris' sake. I will never come to this store again..

β β β β β TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PICKING UP A PACKAGE
The lady working there was very rude and refused to give me my package even though I had the tracking number AND my photo ID ( which matched what was on the package). After speaking with Purolator they confirmed this was all I needed to pick up my package ( I did not have to have the slip they leave on your door). I returned a couple hours later and she still gave me a hard time, told me something about having a problem before with giving the wrong package out (not my issue - my ID matches the package exactly) and SHE ATTEMPTED TO PHOTOCOPY MY ID!!!! (I did not allow her to). This store should lose it's privileges for holding Purolator packages. Read the other reviews, it's all true. If you had a bad experience, report it to Purolator. This behaviour is unreasonable!

β β β β β Key and CO not only cut my keys for me, they also installed security cameras in my home! They gave me a quote within my budget, and the technician was very informative. They did not leave out any detail. I would highy recommend to any families who wants comfort on their family's safety.

β β β β β Picked up a large, and heavy package today and was treated with good customer service from the clerk. Showed my claims ticket and picture ID to her, and I was in and out in 5 minutes, and this was with the clerk dealing with a customer ahead of me who had multiple packages. She even took the time to hold the door open for me as I carried out my package. It was a very pleasant experience!
