β β β β β Is a little bit far from where we live, but the staff are always nice, and today when we bought a pack of dry food for our cat, we got some treats sample too. Happy day for our cats, thank you!

β β β β β I have been a Loyal Customer for Many Years..16th Ave Location has Dropped their Customer Service. Throwing Samples at me was appalling, I finished paying and the female cashier was very RUDE. Could be my Skin Tone..Just Remember Customers like me keep you in Business After All. Many -Many Years Of Business !!!! We Are Multi Culture Country.

β β β β β Showed up 5 minutes to closing unknowingly, we knew that we needed to hurry to get what we needed as we've purchased from another Global Pet Foods before. Showed the staff member a picture of dog food, she said that the store doesn't carry that brand. Lo and behold, the item was right in front of us hidden slightly. Then the same female staff member told us that they were closing and tried to hurry us out while we were grabbing the bag of food from the shelf. Big thanks to the staff member who let us in before closing, but kicking people out before the store was closed is a big knock on this store. Will not shop here again.

β β β β β Staff is always friendly, personable, very helpful and quality of their products are top knotch compared to the bigger department style pet stores. Some items might cost a little bit more but service always brings us back

β β β β β Giving a 5 stars for a today's experience and a shout out to the staff there. I have been to many global pet foods, and this one is far most the best one i have been to. All three staffs who worked here today: Brandon, Eden and Brittany were super helpful, friendly, and approachable. They know the store inside out, know exactly where everything is compared to the highway 7/Kennedy one, where that location staffs were confused between dog and cat food; didn't know where everything is and it wasn't until you ask them something they'll help you. I asked for 5 different items today at this location and all of them helped me with their full attention without hesitation.
Brittany, Brandon and Eden provided me the best customer service so far compared to any other global pet foods. Thank you for your service and i will definitely return as a customer!

β β β β β I love this store. I love that it's open until 9pm, I get off of work at 8 so it's so convenient for me to stop by on the way home. I love that they have such an amazing policy that you can return dog food within 30 days if your dog doesn't like it - even if it's unopened and they will donate it to a shelter! And lastly, the staff here is super friendly and helpful! I stopped by last night and the girl at the cash was so helpful! She helped me choose food for my pup and even gave me a few samples for him to try. Will definitely be coming here all the time over the Pet Smart in my area.
