★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good breakfast, large comfy bed.
Nice pool . Hot tub was actually hot ?. Snowed when we were there but hotel kept parking clear. Staff were friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a room and gave my credit card to hold the room. Showed up and no room was booked and hotel was sold out of rooms. When going through this at the front desk, the woman did not seem to care that my children, husband and I now had to try and find another hotel to stay at. The woman did not apologize for the hotel error. I understand people make mistakes, we all do but the lack of acknowledgement of our situation was a very poor first time experience with this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for just one night as the hotel was centrally located based on the family we planned to visit. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely be confident in booking again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly and accomodating no matter how busy it got. We should commend one particular staff member named Amanda who went over and above to help us find last minute accomodation over the Victoria Day long weekend - thank you & we appreciate you! Clean, presentable, close drive to the parks. The pool and hot tub was a plus for our family after a long day out. Breakfast menu was enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah, the front desk clerk was lovely and so accommodating! My youngest son and his friend carried onto Vancouver that night and could not find a room without a credit card. Sarah offered to assist in a third party authorization to help him get a room. She went above and beyond. She also had the cot requested in the room waiting for us. The 5 stars are mostly for Sarah! But the room was great too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently put my mom & her friend up in the hotel on short notice, as their other accommodations didn't work out. I used the app & then called to make sure they realized it wasn't going to be me that was staying. They were so warm & helpful on the phone & treated my ladies like gold at check-in and all through the stay.
I'm a Hilton girl & used to all the perks but it meant so much to me that they treated my guests just as well as they treat me.
Thanks for continuing to impress me! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newer, clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Quiet inside the hotel. Somewhat hard to find. Just off highway. Close to rail line. Room shakes when train goes by. Also north facing rooms are next to a truck and trailer depot which has trucks running all hours of night. I would not stay here again. Excellent breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda at the front desk was a gem. She was super friendly even though it was pretty busy and we felt welcomed. The pet collage welcome sign at the front is super sweet.
Rooms are comfortable and clean (cooling/heating is a bit older and loud but not a major problem) and the area around the hotel is nicely landscaped.
