Dear Mr Gantcheff I hope you get the opportunity to read this ! My mother in law lives in your building .. and has for many years , she is a snow bird and goes down south for the winter months . My Husband and I are far from poor or broke he has offered to buy her a condo in any building in the city she wants , she refused she says this is my home , I have friends here ! Unfortunately with all the money you are and have been spending is going to waste , instead of making an older building better its getting worst and worst ! Your building manager a woman Named Emma Mizrahi is a pathological liar ! This woman is combative argumentative rude and most of all its a very insulting experience to have to deal or speak with her , she will interrupt you right away when trying to discus a problem or issue , and becomes combative and rude ! She talk down to people and insults them . Mr Gantcheff these are your tenants your clients . they deserve to be treated with respect and dignity not like trash . As a Doctor I have first hand experiences with rude people combative people hospital staff and employees . it just insights an already troubled situation and inflames it ! You just spent a lot of money to update and repair the elevators in the buildings but they do not work and aren't working properly for up to 3 days at a time , I am sure its not complicated to get a repair or service man to fix a minor problem , you do have a maintenance contract with one of this elevator companies ? When some thing needs to be repaired in my mother in laws appt my husband simply just sends one of his handymen to fix it its a lot easier , quicker and less stressful than to call your office speak with Emma Mizrahi .your building manager .. I first handed have had the privilege to meet get to know and speak with a lot of my mother in laws neighbors , they just say they keep making this place worst and worst .. I don't think they know what they are doing every time they make repairs here at the building they make it worst not better ! And when we call to voice a problem or complaint , Emma Mizrahi becomes argumentative and tells them they don't pay there rent on time and so on , nothing can be further than the truth ! She has also told tenants whom requested her email address that she doesn't have one ? Is that also a lie ? I am sure your clients whom buy Range Rovers , Jaguars , Ford Cars from you and your dealership are treated with a lot more dignity and respect than your tenants are ? Maybe your just not being told the truth the facts Mr Gantcheff , maybe your surrounded by a bunch of scoundrels whom lie to you all the time ? Yes we have people in common and they tell my husband and I that your a nice man and reasonable person .. Are you aware you have tenants whom have mice issues . ? Are you aware you have tenants whom cant sleep in their bedrooms and have to sleep in the living room cause the roof is leaking ? Tenants don't have balconies / terraces for 4-6 months when they call and ask when will they have them back they are told off for calling .. when they call to inform their are mice in their appts they are told well every building has mice in them ? Mr Gantcheff , this is not how to treat people clients tenants ! This was once a nice building with a list of people whom wanted to live there now its a building where everyone wants to get out of it ! Your building manager is out to lunch , she sends out a letter to tenants last week to sign not to smoke marijuana in the building , its now legal but for so many years your building 5675 -5725 The Hampstead House cote st luc rd smelled like a drug den when you entered it the lobby stank of the stench of marijuana so did the 2nd floor the 3rd floor the 4th and 5th floor , for years that went on and nothing was done about it ! Finally its gotten a lot better , but not from your hands those tenants moved out .. There was a person running a dog kennel on the 5th floor ! The snow removal is hideous as well I am sure your house in upper Outremont has better snow removal ?

lived here for 15 years and it keeps getting worse. I've had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for over 2 years. It started out the size of a dime. The hallways in thebuilding in the winter are freezing(dont know why).The children(and their friends) are allowed to have free rein of the extensive backyard at all hours of the day making it impossible to enjoy doing anything inside or even going oputside to enjoy the nice weather.. They bounce balls for hours on end and ride their bikes, yelling and screaming constantly. The only plus that the building is well located. We are looking to move when our lease is up at the end of the year. Not recommended.
