★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite liquor store hands down in all of Nanaimo, they are always ready to help and are all so friendly, chatty and personable, great staff hands down. Customer service that will bring back clientele for sure. They have a loyalty point system and we get money off which is great. Seems that they have a wide variety of selection and always have what we want. Store is dog friendly and my pup Sookie always gets her treat. Prices are government based, so definitely a win-win being just down the road from us! Thanks Hammond Bay Liquor store staff for being AWESOME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite liquor store by far! I will make a trip from Harewood just for their Craft Beer selection, (So worth the drive ?)! They always have something I’ll like, and their prices aren’t bad ngl! The staff are always incredibly friendly, and love to help me find new beers to bring home.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
Seriously I will drive the extra 5 mins to go to this store again. Everything is neat, tidy, & clean.
If you have not been in there since it opened a year ago then you need to check it out!

Liquor store worker was incredibly Disrespectful. Treated me like I was a huge inconvenience. All I asked was where the boxed wine was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my brother from Ontario here a few weeks back as an excursion haha! He collects whiskey but the selection available to him there is dismal at best. We had the pleasure of talking whiskey with a very knowledgeable employee for a good 40 mins and walked out with 4 bottles. It was a high light of the trip for him. Cheers
