Hi Hamilton beach Customer Service Team, I have sent you 02 messages in last 01 month for a product through your website customer support leave a message platform. However I have not received any reply from you. Can someone from customer support please reply back to my message, as so far my experience with Hamilton Beach product and your customer support team is really bad and disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service. Trying to adress a warranty issue in a toaster oven. Called the 1-800 customer service hotline which is closed due to the pandemic. This is very strange as other businesses have found innovative and safe means to keep the lines of communication open. Tried emailing and submitting information via website and not a single person has gotten back to me. It's been over 2 weeks.

Pathetic service provided buy the company. I had my blender which stopped working to which I lodged a complain to the customer service. They agreed to replace the product which cost me 10 Canadian dollars for the shipping charges. Since the date of reporting the complain it's been 2 weeks and the product is still not dispatched stating that they did not receive my email which was sent on the same day. Even after you charge us for the shipping you do not deliver the product on time and now the customer service representative says it will take another 2-3 weeks. I mean seriously this is what the brand is famous for.?

Much like the previous reviews I see... I too have been trying to contact this company regarding warranty issues. I followed their revised instructions due to COVID and sent a email request as per their guidelines to no avail. I sent 3 separate requests and follow ups before finally receiving a reply. It was most definitely not within 1-3 business days. More like 1-3 weeks. I responded to their follow up email and am now playing the same waiting game for a resolution. I bet the warranty will be up by the time I get a reply. Horrible customer service all around.

I had an issue with my coffee pot and the customer service was very quick to respond and make arrangements to have a replacement pot sent out. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. We currently have 4 Hamilton Beach appliances and will continue to be a customer with them:)

Amazing customer service! Had an error problem on our 2 year old Brewstation (great unit), after giving me a solution which only worked for one cycle, they shipped me a new unit! We received our unexpected replacement exactly one week after our original inquiry!

This company has the absolutely worst customer service, they will harass you for warranty claims for even small items like a $30 mixer/blender. They will refuse to accept tax invoices from Amazon for items bought online and will drive you crazy with the endless questions till you give up. I had such an experience for an item I purchased six months ago and swear that I’ll never buy a product made by them again. Take your money elsewhere and go to a company that has decent customer service!

Bought a kettle just a few months ago, disappointed to see that the element was exposed to the water and the kettle did not turn off automatically when it reached a boiling point (if the kettle lid was even slightly open). Thinking it was a decent brand I kept it. Turned it on, the lid was not closed completely (I tried to recheck each time) and it boiled dry. The elements became overheated (there was a small kettle cleaner ball in it as well). I contacted the company thinking it was a Safety issue, not asking for anything, they emailed me back and told me β€œthey would make it right”. Asked me for details around the sale, so I hunted down the bill and all the other information they asked for and got a Response back-giving me details on how I should use the product. I returned their email, restating my concern/disappointment and received another email with the same information as the first email. I would not recommend a kettle with an exposed element.
