I called Mark Friday night and he rearranged his Saturday morning schedule to come first thing in the morning and get me all fixed up. It really didn't take very long and he had it working. if he says he will be there in an hour you can count on him being there. Some company's give you a time span like between 10 & 5 so you end up sitting at home all day waiting, not with Mark if he says he'll be there in an hour, he is there. If your looking for someone honest, respectful, and fair pricing, Call Hamilton Air Systems.

After waiting a few weeks for service from another company, we were very dissatisfied with their response and lack of professionalism. We called Mark and he fit us in between customers that same day and came to assess the problem. He gave us options and a quote, and had our furnace replaced in a timely manner.
