★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place has no-one to take messages. Trying to get transportation arranged to get loved ones to specialist appointments etc. is almost impossible. If their residents are in pain, they expect the residents to wait until they get to it. If you have a choice please don't leave your loved ones here. If you don't have a choice - check on your loved ones often. It's time for management to do what they're paid for.
