The product is not even close to what I had hoped for. However, it is not Karen's fault. She has a light touch, is meticulous, handles herself professionally, and is very kind. I merely would not recommend blonde eyelashes for extensions. Furthermore, I have seen the product of others who have brown lashes and got extensions done by Karen and they look AMAZING. If I go back, it will be for tinting not extensions.

Our hair stylist unfortunately did not show up on the day of the wedding at the appointed time (and no word until about 2 hours later). Naturally, we were in a bit of a panic! The bride awesomely kept her cool, though, and politely hopped across the way to ask the ladies at Hair Trends if they had any room at all to accommodate 1 or 2 people. Elizabeth was working that day and kindly agreed (even though it was years since she last worked doing up-do's) to do the Bride and MoH hair, and pulled out a miracle with some fabulous work. Hair turned out very beautiful and took a huge weight off everyone's shoulders. Liz is meticulous and hard working and was always checking that the product matched what the bride wanted. A great experience! Thank goodness she had time to do it, but more importantly, Liz worked hard to make the experience as special as she could. She encouraged us not to focus on the negative, to bring a light snack in and relax, and took the time to ask us all about the preparations and keep the excitement flowing. Hats off to Liz and her work partner that day, Christina, because they saved a special occasion that could have been vastly different and far more stressful (or a complete disaster). Hair Trends is lucky to have some really wonderful people working there!

B	Bill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are senior's. I had a complete cut and my wife had a trim on the ends of of her shoulder length hair to even the length out. I left to do an errand while my wife was getting her hair trimmed after me. When I returned my wife was waiting for me in the car. As we left I asked her what it cost as she paid for both. To my surprise she told me the cost including tax and tip was $85.00. Wow, this to me for up here in Hope is expensive for what was actually performed, especially for senior's. I believe the cost should be relevant to what was performed. We will not go back.
