Gabi did my lashes about a year and a bit ago, they turned out less than desirable due to most of them being glued together. I had messaged her to fix them and she agreed but then canceled on me due to being sick, which is understandable. Although, she never scheduled me back to have them fixed. So I never went back after that. I recently decided maybe going again to give her a second chance would be a good idea, until today. I booked with Gabi about 2 weeks ago for a full set, she approved my appointment. Gabi knew who I was from the last time, when I arrived at my appointment today Gabi said she did not want to do my lashes because of what I had said before and from what she heard, she also said that she didn’t know who I was until she saw me, which was untrue as I have spoken with her over instagram prior to the appointment in regards to possibly trading services. I understand her not wanting to put herself in a position where a customer is unhappy but making someone drive almost an hour just to have a 30 second conversation is completely unnecessary, immature and only displays her lack of professionalism. If Gabi was not wanting to do my lashes it could have been said over text. Luckily, I was able to pick up a few things from Fernie that I needed so my trip was not wasted. I have not and would not recommend her services to anyone that wishes to have their lashes done. Even though I knew the lashes would be sub par, I booked anyways because I was desperate to have my lashes done.
