Worst costumer service and treatment from employees my family and I have ever experienced.

Prices on most items are out of line with retail. I know this because my donated item are priced for more than I originally paid. Most staff are rude to customers at best, they walk around with there hands in their pockets and don't really do anything. No one helps you unload product and if someone shows up all they do is question your donation. I don't advised going here, go somewhere where there is warranty and were they appreciate you. I have stopped all donations!

Love these stores! We need more of them. Our landfills are full of things that will not break down in thousands of years. Some people think that they are above using USED items so instead of hauling to the dump DONATE them!!!

Habitat for Humanity now has a location on the south end of Red Deer. Prices are very disappointing for used items that are largely in rough shape. New merchandise that is donated you can easily find for the same price at other stores and alll sales are final except for a few items so if it's missing pieces, internally damaged, etc when you get home it's your loss. Not very good value for the money at all, more of a overpriced Farmers Market. No washrooms either.

We came by with some furniture and well-packed clean kitchenware and the store was closed but there was a chair and some stuff left to the side of the door so we put out the things we brought as well. The weather was nice and clear and everything was undercover. My sister thought she might have left her keys in one of the boxes and called the next morning to ask and the women she spoke with laughed at her and told her they threw the stuff out because it was illegal dumping. Honestly our bad if the stuff was not supposed to be left there, we were just following what we saw when we arrive and other charities we stopped by that day accepted curbside donations, but if this place throws out almost new, carefully packed kitchenware and beautiful condition vintage furniture out of spite that is very disappointing. The behavior of the woman on the phone was horrible and not how anyone should communicate when representing a business or organization.
