★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On m'a dit que les rénovations seraient faites rapidement après mon arriver dans l'appartement, mais après 9 mois à leur courir après, rien de fait. La seule raison pourquoi j'ai mis 2 étoiles est que je ne paye pas chère. À éviter à tout prix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je déconseille fortement de choisir Habec Immobilier pour votre logement. Ils font faire une visite et ensuites ils mettent de la pression CHAQUE JOUR pour vous faire signer. Ils manquent de respect à leurs locataires. Mon amie avait oublié ses clés et la porte s’est barrée automatiquement, alors elle a appelé pour savoir quoi faire, ils lui ont répondu « bin là mes gars finisse de travailler, appelles Cooke et Fils. » Elle a réussi à rentrer par sa fenêtre car il n’y avait pas de barrures pour les verrouiller. Finalement MONIQUE la gestionnaire s’est présentée chez elle quand même et a débarré ses portes alors qu’elle n’était pas présente! Elle n’a même pas téléphoné pour l’aviser, alors ses portes ont été débarrées pendant une nuit complète car elle travaillait. Ensuite, on lui a exigé de payer 40$ de frais!!!! Heureusement pour elle, elle n’a pas payé et a sous-loué son logement. De plus, l’immeuble sentait l’humidité et était infesté d’insectes. Bref, l’immeuble est aussi degeulasse que leur service. Aucun respect et motivés par la négligence. À éviter à tout prix! Mieux vaut dormir dans la rue que dans leurs loyers.
I strongly advise against choosing Habec Immobilier for your accommodation. They make a visit and then they put pressure EVERY DAY to make you sign. They disrespect their tenants. My girlfriend had forgotten her keys and the door went off automatically, so she called to find out what to do, and they said, "Well, my guys are coming to work," Cooke and Son calls. She managed to go in through her window because there were no locks to lock them. Finally MONIQUE the manager came to her house anyway and opened her doors when she was not there! She did not even phone to notify her, so her doors were unlocked for a full night as she was working. Then, he was asked to pay $ 40 fee !!!! Fortunately for her, she did not pay and sublet her home. In addition, the building smelled of moisture and was infested with insects. In short, the building is as dismal as their service. No respect and motivated by negligence. To avoid at all costs! Better to sleep in the street than in their rents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hypocrite, Irrespectueux et Négligeant sont les mots que j'utiliserais pour décrire le service d'habec Immobilier.
J'ai du me battre pour avoir une réparation classé majeure qui figurait sur le bail comme condition de signature. La personne s'occupant de mon logement a négligé de réparer pendant plusieurs mois une fuite d'eau au logement supérieur au mien, ce qui a occasioné un écoulement dans mon logement.
C'est tout simple, je vous conseillerais d'éviter cet institution à tout prix.
Hypocrite, Disrespectful and Neglectful are the words I would use to describe habec Immobilier's service.
I had to fight to get a major classified repair that was on the lease as a condition of signing. The person looking after my home neglected to repair a water leak in the apartment above mine for several months, which caused a flow in my apartment.

Si j'avais le choix entre eliminer la guerre dans le monde ainsi que le Sida OU Habec Immobilier; je choisirais certainement Habec.
Le genre de compagnie qui ne mérite pas d'exister, tout comme certaine personnes y travaillant.
D'appeler les clients pour un double paiement car il me garde pas de registres de paiements ou encore leur service misérable offert lors des appels; UNE COMPAGNIE MÉDIOCRE POINT.
Vous méritez la faillite ou une enquête.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compagnie immobilière a éviter. Aucun service, ce n’est jamais de leur faute. C’est le genre de companie qui perd ton spécimen de chèque... Ils entrent dans notre appartement sans avis ni permission. Ils ne veulent pas faire certaines réparations, car selon eux ce n’est pas assez brisé, exemple boîte aux lettres qui ne ferme plus complètement. Ils nous donnent des procédures et ensuite nous disent complètement le contraire. Bref, si vous voulez un minimum de services ne choisissez pas cette compagnie.
Real estate company to avoid. No service, it's never their fault. This is the kind of company that loses your specimen check ... They enter our apartment without notice or permission. They do not want to do some repairs, because according to them it is not broken enough, example mailbox that no longer closes completely.
