★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai louer un appartement a cette entreprise en 2020 le nombre de problemes cacher dans le logement etais incroyable. D'un bain presque trouer non reparer a une porte d'effoncee non repare alors qu'on mavais dit que sa serait fait avant mon entre... un balcon qui coule dans l'appartment d'en-bas quand il neige. 50 bouteilles d'alcools non nettoyer qui restais dans l'appartement... Me faire deranger par l'entreprise 4 fois en 5 mois mais le pire etait un grand bruit de moteur de fan dans le mur qui rend l'appartement completment invivable a cause du bruit enorme quelle fait chaque fois qu'un des voisin allume sa housse de fan de cuisine. Je conseille a tout le monde d'eviter si vous chercher le respect et la paix d'un logement. D'un client et tres insatifait qui aurait aimer qu'on soit honnete avec lui...
I rented an apartment from this company in 2020 the number of hidden problems in the accommodation was incredible. From a bath that was almost left unrepaired to a knocked out door that had not been repaired when I had been told that it would be done before my entry ... a balcony that flows into the apartment below when it snows. 50 bottles of uncleaned spirits that were left in the apartment ... I was disturbed by the company 4 times in 5 months but the worst was a loud fan motor noise in the wall which made the apartment completely unliveable. cause of the enormous noise which it makes every time one of the neighbors turns on his kitchen fan cover. I advise everyone to avoid if you are looking for the respect and peace of a home. From a very insatiable client who would like us to be honest with him ...

EXCELLENT SERVICE, COURTOIS ET PROFESSIONNEL, un gestionnaire à l'écoute des demandes des futurs locataires malgré la pandémie et le haut taux d'achalandage en cette période de l'année.....BRAVO ET MERCI !!!!!! CONTINUEZ VOTRE EXCELLENT TRAVAIL, nous avons besoin de vous..............

And yes, we can sometimes be wrong and the important thing is to admit it ...... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été avec eux pendant 1 an et demi. Durant la covid-19, ils ont toujours été là et rapide dans leur exécution, les petits comme les gros urgences. J'ai jamais eu l'impression d'être traité comme un numéro, c'est du monde très humain.
Pour les futurs locataires étudiants (ou pas), dans la mesure où vous êtes du monde bien correct et ordonné, vous pouvez être sûr à 100% d'être entre de bonnes mains. C'est pas toutes les compagnies de gestion de Trois-Rivières qui sont autant idéales.
I have been with them for a year and a half. During covid-19, they were always there and quick in their execution, small and large emergencies. I never felt like I was treated like a number, it's very human world.
For future student tenants (or not), as long as you are in the correct and orderly world, you can be 100% sure that you are in good hands. Not all of the Trois-Rivières management companies are so ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tk y font rien pentoute les escaliers sont brisé même le balcon les planches sont tous brisé mais quand collectés le loyer prend le payement dans ton compte pour le service 0
Tk don't do anything while the stairs are broken even the balcony the boards are all broken but when collected the rent takes payment in your account for the service 0
