★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service!!Our community pool has been opening late on a regular basis in prime swimming season!!Should be opening at 12.30pm every day,but has been opening at 3.30 instead !!They are failing to deliver as scheduled and as contracted!!Hope they turn things around ASAP or there will be serious legal concenquences !!Our kids are crying!!!Not fair at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company treats their staff terribly. I saw lifeguards written up for not solving staff shortages that were H2O's fault. They blame their employees for their inability to properly staff facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upper management was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful when I had questions about the maintenance of our facility. The Supervisor knows her stuff and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pool pump systems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been able to easily work 1-2 shifts a week with H2O during the year and full time during the summer. In the summer, the company runs lots of outdoor pools so he was able to work at one that was only a 15min walk from our house! There is a lot of accommodation with employees' schedules as well. Overall, H2O has convenient work locations and great scheduling flexibility!
