★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He was great at explaining what the problem was and correcting it. (in simplified terms) I have too many wifi addresses and I was getting confused and our wifi was acting up. Needless to say he straightened things out.
Very fair priced for his technical services.

Nehemiah is very knowledgeable and puts in the time to make sure you can use new/ upgraded software with ease. Very personable and easy to communicate with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a computer hobbyist who has the knowledge but not the parts I needed to troubleshoot a dead machine - Neo dealt it with it quickly and professionally. He also made my machine look like a million bucks; its never been prettier just in terms of general cleanup and cable management, and has extended on going customer support while we deal with the problem properly, as initially we just tackled my problem with speed in mind. A very solid experience all around.
