Received a letter from their collections stating that I owed them the amount of THEIR error in 10 days or else interest would start accumulating. I no longer have employment due to Covid-19, so it was a real treat to be informed of their incompetency.

I was able to get my taxes done before my scheduled appointment, so that was nice. I'm still waiting on my money tho, not sure why it's taking so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with H&R for many years in Winnipeg until moving to Ste. Anne last year, and the Steinbach office is closer for me now. I did not have an appointment, but dropped off my paperwork. My dealings with all staff at the branch was very professional and pleasant. I spoke with Lisa on the phone a couple of times, and she was very helpful and thorough in our interactions, including contacting me to confirm how I wanted to proceed concerning the cashback option I requested. My needs were met very satisfactorily.
