On very rare occasions, you meet outstanding individuals, people who care deeply about the people they provide their services to, Shirley at H&R Block Cloverdale is one of those rare persons. I was fortunate to be introduced to her by a friend at a time when I had made some less than stellar personal and business decisions, it took almost a year of her hard work (keeping me on track mostly) and council to resolve the issues and develop a method for me to keep on top of things moving forward. It has been more than 20 years, and to this day, I thank her in my blessings as one of the few who touch the lives of the many, in the most positive way possible. Many years more to you and your way of doing business... Shine on Shirley!

As he is on a pension it was crucial to get this done so he would still receive his pension. Shirlee has been there for 30 years I believe and she knows her stuff. I highly recommend using her. They are usually very busy I hear but she squeezed me in and answered our questions and came through in a critical situation. Thanks Shirlee.

Shirley has been doing my taxes for almost 20 years. Trust me when I say, she has gone above and beyond for me and has never been anything but kind and caring, and actually makes doing my taxes far less stressful with her nurturing ways. I have also witnessed Shirleys extreme patience and understanding and kindness with her other customers. Based on how Shirley treats me and how I have witnessed her treatment of other customers I actually told Shirley I felt she was an Earth Angel. I sure hope this lovely woman does not allow these negative comments get to her and cause her any bother. I think with this pandemic people are having not only financial issues, but anger and frustration issues, which I understand, these are very stressful and challenging times and I think that can sometimes cause people to misdirect their anger to someone that truly does not deserve it. God Bless Shirley, the World is a better place for her being here and I hope she knows that.

She’s always done them accurately and timely and many times has bailed me out when I’ve procrastinated. She’s also served Cloverdale and her community for over 40 years and helped make it a better place! I highly recommend Shirley to anyone needing help or advice.
R	Roni Buchannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shirlee is rude, and unprofessional. During a scheduled meeting, she: 1. Was touching her face and wore her mask half of the time. 2. Interrupted me to have personal conversations with employees. 3. Openly bad-mouthed another H&R customer to an employee. 4. ROLLED HER EYES at me multiple times during our conversation when a question was asked. Shirlee did not end up doing my taxes. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I DO NOT recommend Shirlee or the Cloverdale H&R Block location.

I have also referred numerous people to her over the years, some were very concerned about their situations and praised her for straightening out what they believed were dire situations , especially when they had taxes done by others incompletely!

This day and age with all that is going on in our world it is nice to know at this stressful time that Shirlee and her team will be there for you. With so many people leaving taxes to the bitter end these days it is unreal that Shirlee can get them all out in time. You can see her working as late as midnite for weeks before to get all our taxes done. She has always been so dedicated and just plugs through and gets it done. She has done amazing work for my whole family and now my daughters go to her also. I would highly recommend Shirlee. She has been a staple in the Cloverdale community for over 30 years. She actually cares about her clients and wants to know how your parents or kids are doing unlike so many others in the service industry these days that only think of you as a number and want to pump you out quickly and just get paid.
