Selon mon comptable je devais recevoir un chèque de 465$ mais c'est un avis de paiement de 881$ que j'ai reçu à la place. En plus, il avait oublié de mettre un enfant à notre dossier. Quand on veut des explications et solutions ils ne font rien pour aider. JAMAIS plus nous ne ferons faire nos impôts là. VERY BAD experience with them. According to my accountant I should have received a check for $ 465 but it was a notice of payment of $ 881 that I received instead. In addition, he forgot to put a child in our file. When we want explanations and solutions they do nothing to help. NEVER again we will not do our taxes there.
c	carl cloutier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je trouve la publicité sur leur site assez mensongère, je croyais que le remboursement allait être fait sur une carte prépayé et que les frais de h&r allaient être déduis a même le remboursement mais ce n'est pas ca du tout il a fallut que je paie en plua de devoir attendre je ne sait combien de temps pour le remboursement. Dernière fois que je fais affaire avec cette entreprise ! I find the advertising on their site quite misleading, I thought that the reimbursement was going to be made on a prepaid card and that the h & r fees were going to be deducted from the reimbursement but that's not at all it was necessary that I pay instead of having to wait I don't know how long for the reimbursement. Last time I do business with this company!

Fouille dans le classeur trouve mon dossier, me demande pas mon nom rien (elle l'a vu sur les papiers j'imagine). Confirme le numéro de téléphone et adresse et beubye on vous appel quand c'est prêt. Aucune autre question rien. Même pas 1 minute je suis sorti. Me rappel pas plus de 24h plus tard, mes impôts sont prêt. Juste trop vite c'est louche? Comment bien remplir le rapport d'impôt sans poser aucune question? Je sais pas... I hesitate between good or bad. Between there, go right away, the girl takes my papers asks me if I already have a folder with them (yes). Search in the file find my file, do not ask me my name anything (she saw it on the papers I imagine). Confirm the phone number and address and beubye you are called when it's ready. No other questions anything. Not even 1 minute I went out. Remember no more than 24 hours later, my taxes are ready. Just too fast it's fishy? How to fill in the tax report without asking any questions? I dunno...

Ils ont désactiver mon dépôt direct, j'ai reçu une partie par chèque. Suivi mal fait pour mes impôts. Ne pas faire à faire avec eux, j'ai eu un bien meilleur expérience à Montréal qu'à Sherbrooke. Good service, unfortunately my taxes were poorly done, I received all of them late, nothing came back on their credit card as promised. They deactivate my direct deposit, I received part by check. Poor follow-up for my taxes. Not to do with them, I had a much better experience in Montreal than in Sherbrooke.

A	Avram Hellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with H&R Block. They do not offer student discounts so even if you are a student you have to pay $100. They were rude and although H&R Block offers bilingual service, these guys knew very little English and did the minimum effort to help.
N	Natalia Hostetler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am aghast by the lack of integrity and poor professional ethics of the staff at H&R Block on King E. I was offered a discount and had a verbal agreement which was later retracted and totally denied. Not only that but it took two entire weeks to receive a written response from my accountant when I disputed their false claims, which delayed my application for the Covid19 stimulus package. They are liars, completely inept and have no customer service skills.

The staff will only allow verbal agreements and refuse to write it down, so that they may change the price as they see fit. The staff was intentionally vague about pricing and refused to agree on paper to anything. Do not go there, very unprofessional and lack of basic accounting ethics.
