β β β β β Absolutely , the worse service. They tell you one thing ends up being the opposite. You call and they give you the run around for days, then you take time off work to go get your cheque more bull ,then they say itll be mailed. Whole week of garbage. Then my kids first time to do taxes , sure gave him a bad experience. Never again will we ever go back

β β β β β I come to this location when possible. This year I was able to come once again. They are very knowledgeable! I recommend Vivian Cao the tax associate that works there. She's polite, efficient and very knowlegable. I am very happy with my experience. I also brought my 2 children to file for their first time and she was so helpful in finding every penny that we were owed :) I rate this location a 10 if it were possible. I recommend you go there if you want it done right the first time!

β β β β β This place is so unprofessional. The lady at the desk is rude an she is such a lazy person. Also this place of business is a joke! When they go for lunch! It's like the whole world to these people shutdown! So you get to this place a little before lunch no help! Won't see you! Don't give you the time of day. Do your jobs! One or two people go for their lunch others should still be there working. Not oh lunch time everyone get out of my face! Go home. What a sad joke this place is!
