โ โ โ โ โ Looking back am worried about all the taxes that were done here. They completely messed up my last file, I had to get an accountant payed them 100$ to fix the problems they made who charged me 334$. I felt as though they donโt know what they are doing.
I canโt prove it but I feel strongly that these people took some of my return.
I would stay away from H&R Block.
Try a real accountant service!
Over changed me for a total of 334 dollars and did not complete the business portion of my taxes. Neither did they provide the help to file the GST/HST portion, will avoid H&R services going forward.
I still canโt get over how these people overcharged me and did not file the taxes properly. I would personally avoid H&R Services. I basically paid them the money I got back from taxes. To do nothing!
Now I do my taxes with an accountant my return is always very high and he only charge us 50$.
I have him a tip as a thank you.
I just hope I donโt get audited for the years I filed with H&R block. Told my family to avoid them and now we all file with an professional accountant who know what they are doing.
My Advice would be donโt go here !
Used them for 5 years trust me I know

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service,rude and apathtic staff(especially when theyโve already charged you).
Messed up my tax returns,provided the wrong date of my arrival to Canada and even a wrong adress in the agreement.
I highly recommend you to omit this place as itโs cash grab and has horrible service.Youโll need to solve the problems on your own even after paying for the โpeace of mindโ.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very happy with this location of H&R Block. Everyone here is very professional, kind and sincere. Nazrawit did an excellent job for my last yearโs tax return. She had been very thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable about her work, and advised me about the tax refund I would be getting. Very rarely did I come across a tax professional who went above and beyond with filing for taxes for me. I would highly recommend this location of H&R block to anyone.

She provides great detail and professional advises. She has solid experiences I would say. I will definitely come back to file my tax with Ms. Vi next year.
