★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to start im speaking about a woman not the guy because i didn't use his service...
Really bad!!! I used to have long hair until i ask for a "just cleaning around the ears and trim.....
She use the number 3 just to start cleaning!!! so after i realize she do that to me i didn't do anything because i already have a mark in my hair with a number 3 so she start trying to fix it and start making it worst until the point that i just say ok thanksi need to go, and run to the next barber shop to finish her job that for sure i pay with no problem ..... really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use this shop for the kids' hair cuts but today's experience left us bewildered. Usually, we use the service of the woman working there but today we got the large guy instead. We asked for #2 scissors which we have always used somehow it looked strange this time around. So we asked if it's not too much trouble to just go with #2 all around. Instantly without warning, the large guy got really angry and threw the pair of scissors he was using onto the bench. We were all shocked! If those scissors had bounced off they could cause serious injuries. After quickly finishing the trim, he stormed off without even collecting . So we just gave the money plus extra for his trouble to another gentlemen. But honestly, don't think we will be returning anymore. Sadly, we were quite happy with the service from the lady but after this incident best to just stay away from this business. Wouldn't want to get stabbed from an unstable individual!

- They are not very polite.
- They only accept cash.
- They literally only spent 5 minutes doing my beard trim and charged me $10, even though the price for a beard trim is supposed to be $7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here since Heider and Hassan opened the place. When you find someone who can cut your hair the way you like it consistently, you keep going back. A good haircut, friendly staff and all at a great price. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! Professional barbers at affordable prices that are quick, and "cut" to the chase! Went here when I was younger and having returned over a decade later am happy to see that H&H is still a great option for hairstyles in Cloverdale, and even worth travelling out to from afar as well!
