Pour le cours lui-même je suis restée sur ma faim. Peu d'ambiance et peu d'énergie dans la salle. Les lumières allumées auraient au moins donné un peu de pep! On se sentait dans un cours de relaxation dans l'obscurité. Notre instructrice était peu motivante et peu énergique, se trompait trop souvent dans les mouvements et chorégraphies répétitives, peu recherchées (même pour du Zumba) et manquait d'intensité. J'aurais souhaité ressortir couverte de sueur et brûlée, mais ce n'était pas assez demandant du moins pour mon niveau de cardio à moi. Ce serait peut-être différent avec un autre instructeur, mais j'ai beaucoup aimé le gym lui-même ainsi que le service alors je donne quand même 3 étoiles sur 5. I went there to try the Zumba class. Very nice gym, large and clean changing rooms with all the necessary facilities. For the course itself I was hungry. Little atmosphere and little energy in the room. The lights on would at least have given a little pep! We felt like we were in a relaxation class in the dark. Our instructor was not very motivating and not very energetic, too often mistaken in repetitive movements and choreographies, little sought after (even for Zumba) and lacked intensity. I would have liked to come out covered with sweat and burned, but it was not enough asking at least for my level of cardio to me. It might be different with another instructor, but I really liked the gym itself as well as the service so I still give 3 stars out of 5.

Nous étions dans le coin pour le week-end de Pâques. Nous avons apprécié pourvoir faire un 'drop-in' à prix abordable. Merci Isabelle! The gym is full. The equipment is new and well maintained. The locker room is clean. Little reminder: Bring your towels for the gym as well as for the shower. We were around for the Easter weekend. We appreciated being able to make a drop-in at an affordable price. Thank you Isabelle!
J	JS Camiré on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est mon gym depuis 2 ans et je vais renouveler l'an prochain c'est certain! Un vrai gym 24 heures, avec mes horaires rotatifs de jour/nuit c'est l'idéal. Personnel très sympathique et le gym n'est jamais trop achalandé et l'ambiance est super bonne. L'endroit est toujours d'une propreté irréprochable. Ils n'ont pas tous les appareils de musculation mais l'essentiel y est alors c'est correct. It's my gym for 2 years and I will renew next year that's for sure! A real gym 24 hours, with my rotating day / night is ideal. Very friendly staff and the gym is never too busy and the atmosphere is super good. The place is always impeccably clean. They do not have all the weight machines but the main thing is so it's ok.
