Awesome campground with all the basic amenities for camping in beautiful British Columbia. Lake was warmer than usual apparently due to recent heavy rain fall so the beach was under water but still very enjoyable as it’s grassy. Great place for kids and families to get away and enjoy some great scenery. Only concern was the large deadfall around the campground, as the wind picked up and we had to be evacuated do to the safety factor and a large tree had fallen on a camper in the park. Would strongly suggest they manage some of the widow makers they have around a few spots.

$20 a night for one vehicle and whatever you're sleeping there but if you have a second vehicle it cost an extra $10 a night. $5 for a bundle of wood. Nice lake. Only complaint would be the outhouses have dozens of flies flying up from the toilet which is disturbing.

Beautiful lake that's moderately good for fishing. Typical BC interior black flies and such so don't forget to bring repellent. Campground and day use area is clean and well kept. Water is warm enough to swim and play in. Good lake for boating and kayaking.

What a great campground. Crystal clear water, falls not far away, hiking trails, boat launch, nice clean campground. The people are friendly.

We had Gwillim on our 3 lakes in 3 days long weekend in August 2020. For boat owners there is a concrete launch, and a very nice dock. Point of fact when you can see wind turbines on a ridge above the lake it would indicate that wind is going to be a factor more often then not.
