★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep exorbitantly increasing the strata fees. You can't even raise rents that high!
Technically, they're still new buildings. Not to mention, there's so many units there. It doesn't make any sense for them to raise it so high every year. What have they done to increase it so much?
We as people, should come together to get are elected officials to fix this and do something about it. There should be some sort of investigation. In a few years it'll be $1,000 per month. It's outright insane!

Verified by Michael S Smith Duct Cleaning Dec 3rd 2019 after waiting from Dec. 2018. Skyrocketing Strata fees, looming assessments, put off to 2021 because if Covid. Elevators, broilers. repairs not made in 3 years. Manager of 8 years in her own words said she was "Being buĺĺied out of her job" by Strata and FSR.
