★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent lisa McFarland is non existent. We sent numerous inquiries via email and text to her and never got a respond. I guess they are too busy writing contracts and dont need extra buyers or bother returning your calls or emails. If this is the kind of attitude they have, i wonder what will happen with warranty claims after they got your money. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. Main floor not insulated properly. We made numerous complaints and they just brush it off saying its normal to be cold. 5 to 6 degree celsius off when compare to 2nd & 1st floor. Our neighbour is only off 1 degree celsius. We had to buy portable heater and insulate all the dry wall and yet it is still cold. Its so cold that its not even sleep able at night, you will freeze. Think twice purchasing from this developer. Ricardo the manager is useless he doesn't even do anything to resolve the situation. Stay away from this developer all they want is your money they don't care about your well being once they have gotten your money.
