★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCEPTIONAL service! Blew the engine of our vehicle. Called a few towing companies and was given a 2-2.5 hour wait time. Then called Gucci, who quoted a 45 min time, but Mike of Gucci got to us earlier than that. Friendly, efficient, professional. Dropped us off at our home and took the vehicle to our preferred repair shop. Highly recommended! Kept his business card because next time we will call Gucci FIRST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service! I was in a tight spot and their response was quick, professional, and friendly. Would have been stranded out in the rain, especially considering it was rush hour, but they arrived more quickly than I could have hoped. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a tow, and will definitely be using their services again should the need arise. If I could give more than 5 stars I would be. More than just a towing service, but a friendly face when you’re in a less than pleasant scenario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stalled on Hwy 1 in Langley on a Saturday. Called a different tow company and was told the wait would be over 3 hours! Called Gucci and amazingly had a tow truck within 5 minutes! Mike was very personable and friendly. Always smiling. Very professional and experienced. Awesome service and reasonable rates. Highly recommend Gucci Towing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t matter what Mike your dealing with they with both make things happen. I wasn’t able to lift this off the delivery deck and Gucci came to the rescue to unload it with the 50 ton wrecker! I was impressed how quick they got it done and it saved my day.

I was in a pinch and needed to tow a 5th wheel from White Rock to Port Coquitlam with in 3 hours of calling Gucci Towing and both of them were on point and jumped at the chance to help me!
