We bought a camper trailer from this place... We were excited to finally buy our home so we didn't look that close for mistakes. The price was good and the dealer was friendly. BUT after we bought the trailer our friend looked over it and found some major issues. A side panel was coming off. So we had to fix it otherwise it would have come off on the highway. One stabilizing foot was broke and falling off so we had to replace that as well. Last but not least when we were driving on the highway three underbelly panels fell off on one side and were dragging on the highway. That could have been very dangerous!!! There are still some things wrong with the trailer which we have to fix now on our trip. FUN? A dealer should ALWAYS make sure that the trailers are safe and ready for hauling! But that was not the case for this one. We are so disappointed... Our first trip started out with doing major repairs... This review is not a fake one it really happend 12/13/19

DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY CREDIT CARDS MAKING PAYMENT AN INCONVENIENCE. Robbed of $500. Form this place taking advantage of "the bus driver". DON'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF "THE BUS DRIVER "!!! ISSUE A REFUND CHEQUE FOR $500. DEPOSIT LIKE YOU HAVE DONE FOR OTHER PEOPLE!!! A reputable business would give back the deposit especially if the owner knows that he can get buyer right away at the amount he wants instead of proffiting off a political situation. Business 101 "the customer is always right".

Went out there tonight to see 2 trailer that were listed drove 3 hours to see these trailers that we were told did not have water damage. I took a moisture meter with me and was surprised to find that both trailers had severe water damage and I don’t mean 10 or 15%. But 50 to 100% which means the wood below the exterior of the trailer was soaking wet and probably rotting. The ceiling of the one trailer even had visible water damage and was 100%. Soaking wet underneath the ceiling. One of the hybrid trailers had a gaping hole at the connection point to the tip out and water probably just poured into the trailer Ascetically these trailers did look good but the hidden damage was just unbelievable. Be very careful with this RV dealer. If he had disclosed water damage as a dealer is required to do by law. We wouldn’t of waisted our time driving all the way out to find completely water damaged trailers

We purchased a used RV from Mr. John Williams. The customer service he provided was excellent! We travelled from over 4 hours away after first looking locally and were sorely disappointed. We found an RV which fit our needs and from my first phone call with John until the delivery a few days ago, he exceeding our expectations every step of the way. I would highly recommend John! Basia

This little lot is well worth the trip if you're shopping for a camper/rv. John and his team are beyond accommodating, super friendly and not pushy sales people at all. I'm thrilled with my finds there, drove all the way from Kingston and for a small fee they are even shipping my purchase back to Kingston. Don't judge a book by the cover, it's a small, totally not fancy lot, but they have a bit of everything and the best prices!!! I've been by their lot a few times too and the guys are always working hard, taking care of trailers on the lot! Don't miss this place, I'm sure John will find you whatever you're looking for. Adding this part of my review a few weeks after receiving my trailer. The guy they hire to ship the trailers was incredibly nice, he had a really hard road to back down and up a big hill backwards, to get the trailer in place and he didn't blink and eye. He was so friendly and took the time to ensure everything was set up, level and working before he left, which surprised me because he drove here from Toronto, it was after 6pm when he arrived and he still had to drive back but he didn't rush threw anything. Once small issue showed up with the trailer after I started getting it set up, I called John and the issue was dealt with and fixed in just a few hours. So once again, DON'T MISS ViSITING GTA RV SALES!!!! I am beyond impressed!!

Well, i'm pretty sure we scored "the best deal" me and my wife were the first time buyers this year to start our RV seasonal life with our twins, as far as buying experience i had none were looking for something not too old and super expensive and spotted the selling trailer at GTA RV which was 2007 wilderness 29 feet for $7500 which we purchased for a total of $7100 taxes in even when on a bill of sale i was told its AS IS but dealer told me he will make sure everything is in working order and good to go, reseal the roof and he did some small problems like fresh water pump, but i was told that trailer is in good shape i checked it myself but with no real knowledge or experience it was really hard to tell of a big water damage/flood damage in this RV as it was nicely masked up behind the newer wall panels and some ceiling panels were stapled up to hide the water damage ( without properly fixing the actual problem resealing the leaking roof), even though once picking up the trailer i noticed the soft spot on the roof around skylight i was told "its an old trailer dont expect it to be perfect, its all resealed and ready to go" i was a bit skeptical but was still hoping that im buying it from a dealer not from someone i dont know on kijiji. So later on we brought our trailer to the campground and it had a wet alike smell inside (when we were buying it winter time all the moisture was frozen and was hard to tell as no smell) so being a 2007 used trailer i was not expecting it to be new (fully understand that its a 10 years old trailer) and the carpet on a slide out was very dirty and stained, so i just undo the screws for built in furniture to get it aside for carpet removal and found out a big place of wet plywood and wet wall panel were covered in mould more than sure its rotten beside the wall panel, the ceiling on the same slide out was wavy and was stapled not factory glued and was started to sag a bit once i pulled out the slide out trim i noticed there is tons of water in between the ceiling and slide out roof where insulation was completely soaked and if you squeeze the wood joist the water would come out you could literally squeeze the insulation as it was soaked completely, and its still not the worse yet once i removed the inner skylight in the washroom for cleaning and where was that soft spot, fully soaked insulation and rotten wood that what i saw plus most of the flooring along the side of the trailer is gone too as someone put new flooring only where you actually walk and will hardly notice if you are inexperienced buyer same with kitchen cabinets underneath floor is gone i mean why would you sell something like that to a people at all ?! especially when they knew whats happened to the trailer, and now instead of enjoying the family time we got a big problems as without fixing the roof and drying/replacing rotten wood the wet smell will always be there i'm pretty sure fixing all that issues will be a good amount of money, hey what i have to do now looks like i’m on my own now. And another thing i sent them another customer which was my uncle he wanted to join us as well he bought 2013 trailer for $21000 which was AS IS as well hope he will not have any of my problems. By the way im attaching pictures from the same trailer and the good amount of water damage and rotten floors. P.S. after i left a review on their facebook page the whole review section was gone. All in all just want less people to be in the same situation as me better yet ask or hire a experienced person to check the trailer before you buy.

Spoke with Robert on the phone to request some help with a trailer registration issue with Service Ontario. This was for a utility trailer purchased elsewhere. He actually offered me sound advice without even trying to sell me anything! Totally recommend giving these guys a try. Very honest and helpful in my short dealings with this company.
