★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Knowledgeable and very professional. i called with the problem, the brand and model number and he gave me the possible problem and the cost. came in and did trouble shooting and fixed it. it dod t stop there though, he tuned up the machine, lubricated at no extra cost and no surprise cost as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mini panic attack when my > $2K Bowflex M7 randomly stopped working one day. It just added an additional anxiety to the already growing list that this pandemic has been causing me. I was referred to GTA Fitness Repair. I was a bit skeptical at first, but set up the appointment. Ali arrived on time and was very professional. We were scheduled for 10PM and although it was late I never felt like he rushed the process of diagnosing my machine. He told me that it could be as long as a 4-8 week turnaround to replace the part or fix a fried chip on my machines mainboard. Luckily he was able to fix it within a week!! When he returned not only did he reassemble the machine flawlessly, he also greased it, and fixes all the other issues I was having as well. I am extremely satisfied with the service, and more satisfied to have someone that I trust to help in case of further issues. I cannot recommend GTA Fitness Repair and their fair prices enough. If you have issues with your equipment, do not hesitate to engage in their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just recently moved house, and we needed our commercial-gym-size Matrix elliptical machine moved to the basement from the garage and re-assembled. The team of movers who moved our belongings did not have the technical knowledge to disassemble the part of the elliptical that would have allowed the machine to fit in the stairway when going down the staircase.
Ali responded to my inquiry on Kijiji within minutes. He and his colleague arrived on time and set to work without any fuss or time-wasting. The job was completed successfully and the machine is now back online. I recommend them, and would contract them again.
