I had a website that was very antiquated and not user friendly. I first contacted Annie to assist me when my old website went down and was infected. She fixed this problem very quickly. She finally convinced me that my life would be so much easier if I had a Word Press website. She was so right. I hired Annie to create & design my new Word Press website. It is important to note that I'm a complete luddite when it comes to any sort of technology and I really have little interest to learn about anything technical. Annie was amazing! She consistently guided me in a very kind way to make decisions about design and format. She connected me with a site to purchase images for my website. She set up my GoDaddy and HostPapa accounts. Thank goodness! She designed my logo and provided different sizes and formats so I could easily use it in my newsletters and on my Facebook page. My website required many different categories so it took a few weeks to sort out all the design decisions.This involved lots of emails back and forth and an enormous amount of patience on Annie's part. I'm so happy with my new website and all of my students & clients have commented on how much they like it and how easy it is to navigate. Annie also provided some in person training and helped me walk through the different steps involved in updating the categories of my website. I can't believe that I'm able to update my website easily. I have had a number of issues in the last few months ; once when my website couldn't be accessed and a few issues with updating information where I needed some assistance, and issues with accounts. In all of these situations Annie responded promptly and quickly solved the problem. I would highly recommend Annie to anyone who is interested in creating a new website.
