★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continual problems logging in to their system, inconvenient hours of operation. The online password retrieval system is archaic as you have to call in during regular business hours. Often when a new password is provided, it does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish if there was zero rating I wouldn't hesitate giving it to them. There online software password recovery process does not work and I had to call the insurance company office, I was told it will take one day to receive password. I waited and the next day I tried the password and it did not work therefore I had to call again and she asked me check again my email for another password that she send during our conversation. I used new password and I successfully logged in. The technician was rude and not even apologized for the shitti system/service and no answer to my thanks at end of call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always seems to audit claims even if you make the same claim that's been approved every 2 months. 5-14 days processing time for a average claim.
My group coverage is great though, no issues with direct claim at dental office.
Not a fan of navigating or submitting claim online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service I have ever seen! My partner claimed benefits from them after a traumatic incident and a physician directed leave. A month later we have still to have any communication or benefits from them, despite having submitted all the required supporting documentation and having reached out to them numerous numerous times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Have had claims denied due to full name not appearing on the receipt but my full name does appear on the receipt. Would not recommend this insurance company to any reputable company. Purchaser’s beware. Same claim submitted to green shield and blue cross both approved claims seamlessly. If you care about your employees or what kind of service you get don’t go with this company. Strongly dis advise.
