★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 2019, nous avons acheté un beau ponton tout neuf, tout s'est bien déroulé, avant de signer, ils l'ont cherchée en maudit la flotte qu'on voulait pour notre fille mais maintenant que le bateau est payé, bon vent! En ce beau 24 juillet 2020, nous sommes en panne, une pièce a 5$ est brisée, pas de problème, on va la changer! très poliment, je demande le numero de pièce car nous sommes a 1h de route de votre commerce, le bateau est a l'eau a la marina, prêt a partir, on me dit qu'il ne donne pas de numero de pieces au téléphone et "si tu n'es pas content ben a plus " sur un ton méprisant ! Qu'elle beau service après vente quand tu es mal pris!
On change notre bateau au 5 ans et celui-ci était le dernier avec votre nom dessus , on comprend maintenant ceux qui nous disais de ne pas acheter chez vous!

On this beautiful July 24, 2020, we have broken down, a $ 5 coin is broken, no problem, we will change it! very politely, I ask for the part number because we are an hour's drive from your business, the boat is in the water at the marina, ready to leave, I am told that it does not give a part number on the phone and "if you're not happy, well" on a scornful tone! What a beautiful after-sales service when you're in trouble!
We change our boat every 5 years and this was the last one with your name on it, we now understand those who told us not to buy from you!

Je suis très content de faire parti de Leurre clientèle. Merci Stephane !
I can't believe having such a big garage and being so close to his customers at the same time. Usually when these big ones are cold and distant but this is the opposite Stephane the manager has a terrific team with Magalie at the parts and Nathalie at the WoW service that she equips !!!
