Tarifs plus chers que ceux donnés au téléphone sous un prétexte nébuleux. En plus il y fallu que nous envoyions nos documents nous-même par la poste.... Allez ailleurs!!! Worse service ever. Phone calls were never returned. The receptionist was arrogant and borderline rude when we asked for some clarifications. The price we had to pay was higher than what was given on the phone, and when we asked why, the reason was obscure. On top of that, we had to mail the documents ourselves... Go somewhere else!!! Worst service we have seen. No call back. Your arrogant when we ask for clarifications. Rates more expensive than those given on the phone under a nebulous pretext. In addition we had to send our documents ourselves by post .... Go elsewhere !!! Worse service ever. Phone calls were never returned. Je les ai contacté au minimum 20 fois et j'ai même obtenu l'aide d'un autre notaire pour essayer de m'aider auprès de ce bureau. Je n'ai jamais cru qu'un bureau de tel ordre puisse être aussi désorganisé (Ils ne trouvent PAS mon document) et si peu fiable (AUCUN retour d'appel). Comme vous pouvez voir, je ne semble pas être la seule. Svp évitez-vous les maux de tête. To make a long story short, I have been running behind Master Petrulian for more than 4 months to obtain a copy of my Marriage Contract. I contacted them at least 20 times and I even got help from another notary to try to help me with this office. I never believed that such an office could be so disorganized (They do NOT find my document) and so unreliable (NO return calls). As you can see, I don't seem to be the only one. Please avoid headaches.
