★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this afternoon to do car inspection, reception is very good, within one hour it’s done! Canadian tire asked me to do many maintenances that I thought not necessary, thought I should come to car inspection first, if they asked me to do the same thing, I would do it. But I was right, thx to st Henry for saving my time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are not even professional……confirming my appointment from someone else…..and saying me that my wife cancelled the appointment……i am not even married how these guys can say that…….will not recommend to anybody because these guys can replace your appointments own their own without informing you and cooking up stories in the end…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't see place bad like this ! Bad service bad stuff!! My appointment at 7:00 AM no one in the reception !! The lady she come at 7:30 !! Why give me appointment at 7:00 if no one check my car before 8:00AM and when the mechanic guy try to talk with me in French i tell him i am sorry I didn't speak French ... he is angry!!!! Its first time for me to write recommendation but seriously my recommendation for any one don't try to go there never ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, discriminatory, disrespectful and incredibly rude "service". My partner arrived a few minutes late to his appointment and there was only one technician on site who said that he could "do nothing" because it takes "exactly" one hour to do a mechanic inspection, but that if the next client did not arrive he might do it. The receptionist who arrived around 7:30 was also very rude. By 8:10 the next client had still not arrived and as my partner approached the counter to ask if the inspection could be done, the receptionist immediately called the client to confirm whether they were arriving or not. Even when it became evident that this other client was not arriving, they still refused, with a mocking attitude, to do the mechanical inspection. The receptionist and technician were both incredibly hostile and discriminatory throughout the entire process. Horrible experience. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience at this place. I called them and got my appointment the following day. On the day of my appointment I had my mechanical inspection done in a reasonable amount of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst experience I've had at any business. My inspection was for 10:45am and I handed over the keys then and was told it would be roughly an hour. After 2 hours, I spoke with the receptionist (younger, black hair):

Me - "How much longer will it be for my inspection?"
Her - "One hour."
Me - "Sorry I know it should have taken 1, but I've been here for 2.5 hours will it be done soon?
Her - "One hour"
Me - "No no, I'm not new. It's been almost 3 hours and it hasn't been done yet?"
Her - "That's okay..."

At 3:20pm she waves me over and asks what car I had. I respond, and she picks up my keys and documents from the counter.
Her - "Oh.... now I understand..."
I checked the inspection document and it states it was completed at 11:32am.
TLDR - If you are non french, you are in for the worst experience you've ever had. I also overheard them failing cars for trivial issues. Stay far, far, far, far away...
