★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an air issue with my truck and thought it might be the governor valve which I picked up and changed myself. Problem persisted, so I called Kenworth but they didn’t have time and I remembered seeing HK many times so I gave them a call. They told me to come by in 1.5hr which I did and they had my truck in the bay in less than 15min. I supplied the new air dryer assembly which I picked up at the dealer on the way over. Very friendly and courteous and got to work right away. Hourly rate is reasonable as well. Good experience so I’ll be back if need be

They overcharged us for Wiper motor which I checked in Volvo parts services was for 168$ which I literally saw the invoice lying on the front desk and they gave it to us for 226$ and then two hours of labour 210$ for just changing a motor. The old guy at the front desk was very rude like what the hell dude we are coming there to give you business, and the least you could do is speak politely. Try to stay away from these thugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged $170 for a cancelled service call. Mechanic was no-show, spoke to several reps but same response "waiting for superiors to get back."
If you're not going to give the money back, atleast follow up and provide an honest answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give them Zero I f I can , they charge to change 7 way plug of trailer 7 hours labour and 1000 dollars for service in their garage. so I recommend to everyone don’t go there to waste money and pay to cheaters.
