★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Got in for a 3 pm del at 2:30 got door at 9:30, very rude and arrogant people sitting in office. Make u stand in freezer while they do their stuff and making it look like they are doing a favour on you as they receive the load. Bad Bad Bad company to deliver a US load.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When doing USA-CA imports, this compagny suck terribly. the pick-up dates given by the CSR are bogus, as if an excuse for get rid of unhappy clients fast, expecting deliveries that never comes. And they charge for it. They always mess up at customs, and delays are simply spectacular. Look for another transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good overall company. The problem with waiting and mixing up things is do to many divisions and companies that work with the same logo. Still they do quite a good job . Waiting time is at the building a where you find the division(company) Danone, Frozen. That place is like a black hole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a couch from a company (M2GO, and was told by the sales rep that the delivery will be to the door). We got confirmation from Groupe Robert that they will deliver the next day by noon. The drivers showed up (2 of them), and they stated that they will not bring it to the door, and will leave the furniture in the lobby or outside. They demanded that we pay extra in order to bring it to the door. I called Groupe Robert and spoke to the representative that was in charge of our order and she told me that she will speak to the drivers and let them know that their responsibility for the taking it up to our door. The drivers told us that "she is not our boss". We therefore had no other choice than to pay the drivers (which is in fact extortion). Our furniture company tells us that it's Groupe Robert's responsibility to ensure the delivery is done correctly. Groupe Robert's rep told us the drivers must be able to take it to the door. The drivers tell us that "they do not work the furniture company" nor is the "rep on Group Robert's side their boss". This is a really unfortunate that this type of business practice still exists - and my business was with the furniture company and not Groupe Robert, but I will ensure that I never work with them again nor any business that is affiliated with them. I hope no one is subjugated to the type of treatment we got from them and their delivery personnel - its awful and borderline criminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to deliver a load. They receiver was friendly and helpful. Got a door to unload earlier than my appointment time and shortly after backing in they went to work unloading my trailer. I only spent about an hour here in total. Thank you Robert Transport and Logistics for a job well done.
