★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce nettoyeur ne retient pas les colis pendant 5 jours ouvrables comme il le devrait et/ou les gens qui y travaillent ne savent pas compter les jours ouvrables correctement. Mon colis était disponible à partir du 17 septembre et j'y suis allé le 23 septembre puisque c'est la journée qui m'arrangeait le mieux. C'est le 5ème jour ouvrable en comptant a partir du 17 puisque le 19-20 était le samedi et dimanche. Mon colis était introuvable et la personne qui y travaillait n'avait aucune explication à me donner en regardant le calendrier. Il s'en était tout simplement débarrassé avant le délais de 5 jours. Je suis présentement en attente au téléphone avec Purolator pour régler ce problème qui est dû à leur incompétence.
This cleaner does not hold packages for 5 working days as it should and / or the people who work there do not know how to count the working days correctly. My package was available from September 17th and I went on September 23rd because it was the day that suited me the best. It is the 5th working day counting from the 17th since the 19-20 was Saturday and Sunday. My package was nowhere to be found and the person who worked there had no explanation for me looking at the calendar. He just got rid of it before the 5 day deadline. I am currently on hold on the phone with Purolator to resolve this problem which is due to their incompetence.
