Mon histoire avec cette compagnie a débuté il y a près d'un an et je ne peux que sortir des éloges de cette compagnie qui a su répondre à toutes mes attentes. Je parle entre autre de la division de Blainville car je ne peux parler pour les autres.
Nathalie aux ventes a été merveilleuse, honnête et a su me fournir un système qui répondait à mes besoins, soit un système d'osmose Sirius pour toute la maison. Aucune compagnie à ce jour n'avait réussi à me fournir un système aussi performant et qui a complètement changer ma qualité de vie. L'entretien de ce système et son utilisation est facile a comprendre et à effectuer.
Éric mon installateur, très compétant et connaissant de ses produits, a surement hérité d'un compas dans l'œil à sa naissance car son installation a été impeccable.
Donc bravo encore une fois à toute l'équipe de Blainville qui fait de moi un client très satisfait.

My story with this company began almost a year ago and I can only say goodbye to this company which has been able to meet all my expectations. I am talking about the Blainville division among other things because I cannot speak for the others.
Nathalie in sales was wonderful, honest and was able to provide me with a system that met my needs, a Sirius osmosis system for the whole house. No company to date has managed to provide me with such a powerful system that has completely changed my quality of life. The maintenance of this system and its use is easy to understand and perform.
Eric my installer, very competent and knowledgeable of his products, surely inherited a compass in his eye when he was born because his installation was impeccable.
So congratulations once again to the entire Blainville team who made me a very satisfied customer.

Lors de l'installation, le technicien n'a pas laissé un accessoire prévu, donc aujourd'hui, il faut acheter. La présidente est seulement une bonne vendeuse et n'est pas intéressée à améliorer son service. Elle m'a porté de mauvaises et de fausses intentions et m'a accusé sans fondement; en plus de déformer mes paroles. Surtout crier et raccrocher la ligne au nez de son client, on ne peut pas dire que ce soit respectueux. Ses prix sont outrancièrement exagérés. Ne pas négocier avec cette entreprise est le mieux que vous aillez à faire! J'ai alloué un, mais elle mérite un gros ZÉRO!

Que ce soit la réceptionniste qui a du soleil dans la voix, à la propriétaire qui est en mode solution pour les problèmes de ses clients à l’installateur qui connaît très bien son métier et qui répond de façon très compétente aux questions que l’ont peut avoir. Je n’ai que des bons mots pour cette compagnie. Pour ce qui est du produit, je ne l’ai que depuis quelques semaines, mais jusqu’à maintenant je n’ai aucun problème tout fonctionne très bien !!
