Flexibilité au niveau des dates, ponctualité, professionnalisme. Stéphane a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins et a su me conseiller adéquatement. La réparation par l'intérieur était beaucoup plus simple, même si cela impliquait de défaire le mur. Évidemment, je ne souhaite pas avoir besoin de ce genre de service à nouveau, mais si c'était le cas, j'irais avec eux sans hésiter. Stéphane took the time to fully understand my needs and was able to advise me properly. Repairing from the inside was much easier, even if it involved breaking down the wall. Obviously, I don't wish I needed this kind of service again, but if I did, I would go with them in a heartbeat.
