Je voulais assurer ma deuxième voiture chez Groupe DPJL, j'ai appelé vendredi pour une soumission , j'ai eu une prime , je les ai rappelé aujourd'hui pour confirmation, ils m'ont augmenté la prime en double, la conseillère a remis en doute tout le travail de son collègue, je lui ai expliqué que ca va me pousser à résilier tt mes contrats d'assurance avec DPJL, elle m'a répondu qu'elle est prête à m'aider à faire ça ...!! Résultat : résilier mon contrat d'assurance avec Intact assurance à cause du mauvais service..
I wanted to insure my second car with Groupe DPJL, I called on Friday for a quote, I got a bonus, I called them back today for confirmation, they increased the double bonus to me, the advisor handed over in doubt all the work of her colleague, I explained to her that it will push me to terminate all my insurance contracts with DPJL, she replied that she is ready to help me do that ...! ! L' expérience client débute généralement avec un temps d'attente de plus de 30 minutes , bien évidement on vous invitera a faire vos demandes en ligne... Coté tarification, c'est loin d'être les plus compétitifs, MAGASINER! le personnel mérite cependant un bon 4 étoiles

Good luck contacting your broker or anyone for that matter at this brokerage. Waited over an hour on the phone to talk to someone.

very unprofessional about their business only care about commission and does not care about customer by not disclosing everything, very cold heart and when problem appears. Quality of service is very bad. Good luck when you are dealing business with them

I have been trying to call them for a week and no one ever answers the phone. After doing some other quotes I also realized I am being severely overcharged for my insurance. I now wish to cancel but can never talk to anyone.

Every time I call I'm put on hold for 30-45 minutes, it's getting ridiculous. This last time I was even hung up on because the broker left his shift at 5, after I had been on hold for about half an hour. The only upside is that the receptionist is nice and apologetic.
