★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday November 12th, 2021, I took our dog Puck for the 1st time to get groomed, he was happy with the results, we were thrilled with his "Doo".
Looking forward to his next "regular" grooming in a few months.
The people there were all very friendly and extremely professional - highly recommend them for your "fur babies".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does a great job of taking care of your furry friends. They take a little time to get make your sure your requests get written down.
Booking your dog in is very easy and the staff seem to like the dogs and I have never seen or heard them get upset at the animals. I leave my dog there feeling like they are watching out for my friend.
They could use a guide to show the different lengths of the hair cuts they have to help me make a more informed decision as opposed to say inch and a half etc. Overall they do a good job and I have been back at least 7 times now.

I dont know if there is a change in management or what but our dog looked worse when I picked him up then when I dropped him off.his hair was cut uneven had to fix myself nails not cut .
I will never go back there again.

they have injured countless animals in the stony plain and spruce grove area and take no responsibility for the incidents or vet Bill's. I've now heard about sliced arm pits, cut up paw pads, nails ground right down to nothing so the dog couldnt walk, sliced open eye balls and corneas with scissors or combs etc. awful place, if you love your pets dont go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our dogs here for a full groom. Asked for just a simple clean up on our border collie cross. The cut was incredibly uneven and they did not trim either of our dogs nails. Both dogs were still pretty wet when we picked them up. Pretty unsatisfied with the overall groom and experience. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom took her two Maltese here regularly for grooming. Last week they went for their appointment and had Alyson as their groomer .When she returned to pick them up, Alyson informed her that her female dog,Maggie,had hair in her eye and she tried to remove them but Maggie refused to open her eye. By the time my mom got home, Maggie still would not open her eye so it was decided to take her to the vet and get it checked out. The vet determined that there was a deep cut on Maggie’s cornea most likely caused by a sharp or hard tool ( scissors or comb). Maggie was immediately treated and put on a plethora of antibiotics. When my mom called the owner to advise her what happened, she was informed that unless she could provide a note from the vet stating they could tell 100% that the scratch was caused by them that they would not do anything about the absolute incompetence shown by her staff member. Obviously the vet cannot state for certain exactly which tool caused the cut, only that it was much to deep to be from “ removing hair from her eyes” Please beware when bringing your animal here. Maggie is lucky she still has her eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dog there. The appointment was supposed to be booked and was confirmed with one of the experienced groomers. However, someone else ended up cutting her hair. We also noticed that her nails were never cut. (They are completely curled around) We called and asked and they said it was done, and didn’t even offer for us to come back. Customer service is seriously lacking. We’ve taking our dog there for years. Not anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not an expert in pet grooming services, but my experience was very positive. Staff was great to me and my dog. She looked great after they cleaned her up. I found the prices to be reasonable. I plan on going back.
