Jeff's team used lots of pictures and produced a sharp marketing plan that focused on the property, not the real estate company. We had some difficulty with the buyers agent, specifically mortgage approvals, which caused some initial delays. Jeff stepped up and followed through the issue by asserting accountability from the other agent. Jeff and his team handled all of the bureaucracy and paperwork on that matter, without me needing to chase it down. We sold the house during the early stages of the pandemic within days, when the market was slow from the previous six months. There are lots of uncontrolled aspects in real estate, but a good real estate agent makes the difference. Jeff is exceptionally patient but driven to close the deal at the best price and value. He did not make unreasonable price drops, and ensured that my asks were fair. He is professional and reliable. I was even surprised that he came out into the country to view (and knowingly not list) on a Friday night... other agents did not. I never felt pressured with Jeff. I highly recommend Jeff and his team!
