★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible mess of a haircut from a 'friend' and I never imagined anyone could do a thing to fix it. A friend suggested I go see Norm as she was sure he could work his magic. I gave him full artistic licence and i went from tears of embarrasment to tears of happiness. He was wonderful.
