★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a bin on Friday and gave our deposit info . It was to be delivered on the following Monday morning. We asked friends to come up (2 hour drive) to help us remove rubbish.
Monday at noon we called to ask where our bin was ... Ryan said 2 hours ... 24 hours later NOTHING .
Ryan would not answer the phone text messages, nothing . He would even "Ignore" the calls because it would ring once then voicemail.
VERY unprofessional !!! We still to this day have no answer from the company. DO NOT USE THEM !!!
