I can't express my appreciation in words for the service provided by Green Pest. We were at loss after another company provided an expensive failed treatment for bed bug issue. I could feel the difference between Green Pest and other companies right at the moment when I gave them first call. I told them about failed treatment and how much I was frustrated. They were very professional in telling me details of their treatment, how to prepare our home and all the steps leading to complete success of treatment. They were on time for the appointment and very thorough in their work. Thank you Green Pest, you have all the gratitude of a mother who does not have to see her kids getting out of beds every morning with bug bites. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think we have ever had this great of service from any contractor. After the initial payment and spraying the bed bug problem did not go away. our son was severely allergic. So it was get ride of the bugs or we would have to move. We needed them to come back for a third time! We thought for sure that they would keep charging us. They didn’t! They said “we told you we would get ride of the problem and we are going to. It’s our passion helping families!” They didn’t lie. They came to our house 4 times and we never paid additional money. And were great about coming each time. Well now we are bed bug free! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Kal is amazing! He came out to our household helped identify what type of ants we were dealing with and came up with a plan of attack. He gave us tips on how to proof the area so it doesn't happen again. Their customer service and knowledge is the best. For any of our pest problems we will definitely be dealing with GreenPEST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had carpenter ants that got into my house and created a nest. I contacted Green Pest and they provided me with clear directions on the phone and then responded quickly. Kal was able to deal with the ants and was very helpful is assessing the damage and finding the entry point.
Kal followed up a couple times after the initial treatment and did a final inspection and treatment to make sure there was no more signs of ants.
I highly recommend Green Pest and Kal was awesome to deal with!

I called and sent a picture of the culprit and within a couple of hours heard back that it was not anything to worry about. I was impressed not only with their quick response time (especially on the weekend) but also their honesty. Very grateful they could put my mind at ease so quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

He arrived on time and reassured me that he would take care of the problem. He was very considerate and caring. He explained exactly what the process involved, informed me of the situation and sent photos of what he had found. He provided excellent service, was extremely thorough and exterminated the pests in the first appointment, but he made sure to follow up and complete the process. The value for the work done was priceless but the cost was even more reasonable than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this company for any problems with pests and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Trustworthy, efficient, effective, personable and considerate of their clients.
