Greenfield Natural Meat Co. was founded in 2015 in Landmark, Manitoba, with a goal to make sustainable meat attainable.
Today, we are more than a just a meat brand, we are a meat brand with a purpose.
We exist to make a better world by making meat right – better food, better care for our animals, better communities and a better planet.
That’s why we use no artificial ingredients or preservatives in our products.
That’s why we use meat that is never treated with antibiotics.
That’s why our sows are not confined to gestation crates, and are free to roam, play & socialize.
That’s why we’ve reduced our carbon emissions where possible and offset remaining emissions to be carbon zero.
That’s why our animals are 100% vegetarian grain fed and raised on Canadian farms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a thick slice of ham. It was the worst ham, if it was ham. Didn't have a ham taste at all. Had to eat raw sourkraut to get rid of the taste. I thought was pulix brand green wise only reason I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the pulled pork which we threw out after tasting. We also bought the sausage rounds at the same time. The sausage was so fatty and full of water they had the texture of a meaty sponge. Very disgusted with the products and will never purchase again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been eating the name brand lunchables and thought I’d give Greenfields a try...OMG!! What a difference...their crackers taste like Ritz...yum! Their meat doesn’t have hard chunks in it like the other ones and they use REAL cheddar cheese not like the processed kind in the other brand! And the treats are delicious!! Never going back!! Soooo good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been buying Greenfield bacon at Costco for quite a while now. For the longest time it eras excellent, but over her past year the quality has diminished. Most times there’s little to no meat on the bacon and most strips are nothing but fat. On top of that, the slices are cut horribly. They just fall apart.
The health conscious aspect of the company is great and that’s why they get two stars. Otherwise, time to find another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 1.2 KG box of sausage rounds at Costco today. They looked good in the picture on the box. I fried two up in a frying pan. When they were cooked I cut a piece off in the pan and ate it. I noticed something had come off one of the patties and was laying in the pan. It was a thin reddish brown worm. I looked it up and it's called a hookworm . Part of the protein value ? Puke ! No thanks. I tossed the remainder of two patties in the garbage. The box is going back to Costco tomorrow. Update. Costco had me to fill out a complaint report about the product. They reported it to Greenfield. A claims coordinator contact me from Greenfield.What a joke that was. He didn't care. Not a bit. I told him about some of the other bad reviews. Particularly the one before mine. The one with the picture of the intestines sticking out of their mild Italian pork sausage. I shared the review with colleagues from work. They said they would never purchase a Greenfield product. Some said they had but never again.Hopefully Costco takes a better look at whether the quality of Greenfield is up to Costco's standards! Thanks for reading this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I open a package of bacon only to find 2 slices into the pack it was ALL FAT!!! If I'm spending $10 I want meat on my bacon. I've been buying Greenfield's bacon for quite a while and have noticed quality going down hill. I will never buy another product from this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying the bacon from this company for about two years, however over the past year or so, the quality has taken a nose dive and the price has gone through the roof! This bacon is literally a package of FAT! There is little to no meat on this bacon. This is the last package of greenfield bacon I will be buying and taking my business elsewhere. It's no shock to see all of the poor reviews. This company should be ashamed of themselves selling this type of product to consumers.
