Linda let other people in, before the actual booking/opening time, and told the two of us to wait outside the gates even though we were actually checking in at the right time (and not before the opening time like the other she let in). She did not apologize for the inconvenience and unwillingness to honour the appointment time. Regretfully, for the next hour most of what we’ve experienced was a condescending and rude service by two of the more “experienced” staff members. This is not first time these two ladies mistreat me and my guests when Mary is not around, unfortunately. Unsure if Green Thumb should even open when Mary - the owner - is not around.

They really want people to enjoy gardening and offer advice with the purchases to ensure the best experience. Yes, you need to make an appointment, and that's a very reasonable route to go these days. Beats standing in line for hours waiting to get into the big box store and find out they don't have what you want. For a great garden, you need a great garden centre. They're it :)

Woman who was working was really helpful in helping me find what I needed and even gave me a little discount because the plants weren’t as nice looking as when they came in. Thank you, my garden is loving it’s new additions! Now a year later and we had a great harvest of Okra and the chives have returned in full force! Thank you Green Thumb!!!

I got a call saying they had received a shipment and had some set aside. I went by the next day & was recognized immediately by the owner Mary, who called someone to bring my plants to the front so I could choose which ones I wanted. The service is just fantastic and the knowledge and helpful tips even more so!! Love supporting this company!
