★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic claimed to do direct billing to our health insurance company but on the day, they insisted we pay up front from our pocket. We called the health insurance company from the clinic to ascertain what the problem was and they advised that the clinic chose not to accept their standard waiting period (5 days) for a directly billed sum. As such we were required to pay them directly. Our health insurance company is a big well established household name and it is very unlikely that any other health insurance company would pay out any quicker. We suspect the clinic misleads new patients this way. Unless your insurance company can pay up within a matter of minutes be prepared to pay from your own pocket.

I've never felt better, hardly ever get sick anymore, and when I do I know I've got the best plan to deal and move forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a great deal of money for their services - had him do a spit test and then lost it - had to redo it! Then the doctor my partner was dealing with quit - no notice! Then when I went to get him more of the vitamins she had prescribed they told me they would not sell them to me because the person he was seeing no longer worked there!!!! Wanted to talk to the owner but he would not come and talk with me. Just got run around from secretary. What the hell is that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Botsford has been absolutely amazing through my time with her. Her optimism each time I leave the office is what keeps me hopeful that I will return to normal very soon! She is always open to suggestions. Really feels like we are working together as a team when she listens to my opinions, suggestions and questions. Amazing team there, would recommend them to everyone!!!

She clearly cares about her clients and she takes time to listen and help get to the bottom of health problems. I always leave with a clear plan and questions answered. Punctuality has always been good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was skeptical when I first went but after over a year of medical issues and prescriptions causing more issues I went. Dr. Nowzuik was informative and patient with all my questions. He was transparent that the changes needed would be difficult at first but if I stuck to it I could be better within 6 months.
He was right the first month was incredibly hard but now I am healthier and more active than I have ever been.
No matter what your health problems are I highly recommend trying Green Apple as they might have the answers you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 years ago I was in terrible condition after living in a home with a small, constant gas leak in my furnace over a 5 year period. The woman I bought the home from passed away in the home after a long bout of undiagnosed illness. During that period I was admitted to hospital 60-70 times and had many more trips to the ER. I have been left with severe allergies to ANY petroleum product, ulceritive colitis, fobromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, severe asthma, chronic pneumonia, COPD and I was hospitalized 2 years ago for a perforated bowel - the worst event BY FAR. Since being treated by Dr. Nowazek I have kept my normal 6-8 hospitalizations/year down to zero in the last 2 years. After all of this, I now realize that the huge list of "diseases" I was diagnosed are, EVERY ONE OF THEM, issues that are MADE WORSE BY or CAUSED BY PETROLEUM POISONING. These illnesses are also made worse/better depending on the levels of vitamins/nutrients in your body. My Intravenous Vitamin C drips have completely ended my 2-4 hospital trips/year for viral pneumonia/COPD/asthma!
