They filed a dev for me took 800 dollars and my ex decided to go with a crown att so there is no refund for any moneys payed and work not done so be aware that you could be wasting good dollars for nothing and if your a first time dev it hurts the pocket book.Call it stupid but at least I am telling you this company cares about the dollar only not its customers so beware like Sears they need to go under.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, was told I did not need spousal support if he was letting me keep the house. I signed because I was told the aggrement was good and fair. I was a stay at home mom for ten years of marriage so having a home for my children was of upmost importants. Now my ex is suing me for the house and trying to kick me and our children out. And I have no rights to any money/stability out of ten years of marriage. They give bad advice and have destroyed my children future, I hired them and all they did was work for my ex. Using them was the biggest disaster in my life. Do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it a scam or what. as per them they have submitted my application in July 2020, now its May 2021 heard nothing. no response to phone, the office address listed on website is wrong. Neil took my 500 like immediately without a delay of one hour. very disappointing.

I brought my two young children in with me to do paper work and he was so nice and patient even though my kids were distracting, didn't bother him one bit and didn't rush me out. he walked me through step by step so I understood everything. he did exactly everything he said he would. anytime I called the office the girls were always so nice and answered everything and clarified anything I didn't understand. amazing amazing amazing people. I'd recommend them to everyone. I'd give this company ten stars if I could. thank you affordable divorce!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High satisfied with my experience. Neil is very professional . The way he explained things were very experienced. Procedure took time because I was berated by another lawyer but Neil took over and handle everything with cautions . I would like to recommend him 100% . The name he choose for his businesses is perfect too he is affordable for needy people

- No contest divorce
- No property dissagreement
- No custody issues.
Neil is in red deer every Thursday but yet still can't manage to do his job for a business that he has 9-5 hours for up on every website except that it is a full lie.
March separated for a year. Both parties and paperwork present AND signed AND TAKEN. Paid $800. Told to wait for email. MADE ME SIGN MULTIPLE THINGS FOR THE COURTHOUSE for "just in case it slips his mind."
September- no response to emails, phone calls or ANYTHING. They now do not have an answering machine.
I'm still married.

We paid for the final paperwork on May 14th, we still have not received the divorce papers, or heard from the company. Back to leaving multiple messages again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid Neil a deposit of $800 to help with my divorce in February 2021. I checked in multiple times and was either ignored or told my file was delayed due to Covid and there was nothing they could do. Finally in January 2022 I was able to contact the Court of Queens Bench and they confirmed that nothing had even been filed in my name. I have attempted contact multiple times to receive my money back and have not received a single response. I would highly recommend saving your money or finding a company that will actually provide the services you pay for and not just take your deposit and avoid you. This place is a joke.
