When we arrived we were told we couldn't get in because we didn't use the online app. We had justt travelled an hour and a half. The woman at the door said...is this ok? I replied that it was not ok. She slammed the door in my face. Totally inappropriate!! You need to be answering your phones . travelling that far , to be inconvienced in such a rude manner is totally unprofes

M	Maxine Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in yesterday for a trim. The hairdresser was pleasant enough but clearly cannot cut hair. I did not notice the mistakes until after I left as the hair was still damp and I know they don’t style it. So now my once same length hair is all choppy on 1 side with a clear cut mistake you can’t see unless you have multiple mirrors as I do at home. A basic haircut wrecked my hair and to fix it will probably have to be cut shorter than I’d like.

Luckily, they didn't have to, but it did take a bit of time to brush out all the knots. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly! The bill only came out at 60 something dollars when at other salons it would have been at least 120 with how messy my hair was! Great work! 10/10 will surely visit again for a trim sometime!

She suggested I do blunt instead of the layers I wanted, which was fine but she did not do a quality job on the blunt bottom, so now I will be going to a real hairstylist. This was my second attempt at a haircut here and it's clear the stylists don't really care about doing a decent job. I actually could have done a better job myself.
